His appointment is one element of a broader strategy Strikeforce has implemented, to meet the changing needs of the industry. Working across multiple retail categories including Consumer Electronics, Telco, Home Appliances, Fashion and New-Tech, Walker’s shopper marketing strategies have been adopted throughout ANZ, the USA & Asia. His time within the industry has sharpened his ability to identify shopper trends and create retail-service efficiencies that have generated millions of dollars in revenue for his clients.
Walker has pioneered some of the industry’s first shared-category teams, that reduced retail activation costs by 28% for companies like Sony, iTunes and Logitech. He has also developed sales and training campaigns that have increased market share for clients like DeLonghi, HP, Nokia and Telstra, to name a few.
