We are delighted to announce that it has appointed Craig Hart to the position of Chair and independent non-executive Director.

Craig has first-hand experience of the marketing services industry having been a former MD of CPM Asia Pacific, a direct sales and retail activation agency. Craig later worked for the NYSE listed Omnicom Group across Asia where he was for 8 years the Head of Retail Agencies and responsible for agency acquisition and development. Craig went on to run a division of Photon that included the retail and field marketing agencies in Australia and UK.

More recently Craig has been involved in a diverse range of corporate advisory and capital raising assignments leveraging his legal and commercial experience.
